LIBYAN-NORTH AMERICAN SCHOLARSHIP
Details
The Libyan-North American Scholarship Program is a
collaboration between the Libyan Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific
Research and the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE), funded by
the Libyan government.
Students of the scholarship program are sponsored to enroll
in a wide variety of master and doctoral programs. The main programs of interest
include: engineering, natural sciences, computer sciences, accounting,
economics, business administration, and aviation-related majors. Students
should check with the CBIE for a complete list.
Benefits:
Students sponsored under this program receive a monthly
stipend to cover living expenses, an annual book allowance, computer allowance,
as well as full medical and dental insurance (including accompanying family
members/dependents) for the complete period of their stay in Canada. This
program also pays tuition fees.
