In this topic, I am going to enlighten you on how scout and apply for a Graduate scholarship either as a local or international applicant.

The basic requirement for a graduate scholarship

Before one can say he/she is qualified for a graduate scholarship or program, you should first make sure that the basic requirements are met and they are outlined below:

• A bachelor’s degree or the recognized equivalent from an accredited institution;
• A satisfactory scholastic average, usually a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale; and
• Enough undergraduate training to do graduate work in your chosen field.
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) may be required especially when you are not from an English speaking country and vice versa for other scholarship providers with other foreign languages.
